About the studio
A senior studio for software that fits.
Kyrabase Technologies is a custom software studio based in Bengaluru, India. We build the kind of software teams end up asking for after they've outgrown off-the-shelf tools — ERP, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, AI pipelines — shaped around how their business actually works.
What we do
We design and ship production systems end-to-end. That means the shop-floor tablet UI as well as the Postgres schema behind it; the driver's offline-first mobile app as well as the dispatcher's web console; the LLM extraction step as well as the human-in-the-loop review that catches its mistakes. The output of an engagement is a working system in the customer's hands, on their data, with the source code and infrastructure transferred to their name at go-live.
How we work
A small senior team — usually four to six engineers plus a design lead and a product lead — runs a project in weekly increments. There's a working thing at the end of each week that the customer can push back on. The first production-ready version typically lands between weeks 6 and 12, depending on scope, and is followed by a stabilization month at no charge.
We do not sub-contract. We do not staff engagements with juniors buffered by seniors. And we do not ship anything the customer's own engineering team could not read, extend, and take over on day one.
What we won't do
We do not resell packaged ERPs or SaaS suites. We do not run growth-hacking or paid-media campaigns. We do not offer engagements that lock the customer into vendor-hosted infrastructure they cannot walk away from. If the right answer for a customer is Zoho, Odoo, or Notion configured well, we will say so before we quote a build.
Where we work from
The team is based in Bengaluru, India (N 12°58′ · E 77°35′) and works alongside customers globally. Our default working overlap with European and Middle-East time zones is comfortable; a US-West project runs with a deliberate 4–6 hour handoff window each day.
What "tailor-made" actually means to us
Every project begins with a workflow interview, not a proposal. We walk the real process — talk to the people whose day is going to change — and write a short brief in the customer's own words before we quote anything. If the brief doesn't survive that conversation, the engagement doesn't start.
Beyond that, every commitment we make on the marketing site is a contract-grade commitment. Two-week first version. Full ownership at handover. Senior-only staffing. If any of those wouldn't hold for a specific engagement, we say so before signing.
